Marketing Executive


Full Time or Part Time – Salary £30-£35K depending on experience


This is a great opportunity to join a busy marketing team in an exciting, expanding company.  A large proportion of the role will be digital based, but the successful candidate must also have good all-round marketing knowledge and experience to implement all elements of a complex marketing mix.

Your role in our family:

  • Driving the entire online activity, including hotel and third party web-sites, digital channels and PR communications
  • Thorough and timely execution of hotel marketing plans
  • Creating content for the hotel website, email communications and PR, consistent with brand positioning, creative tone, content and timing requirements to support brand strategies.
  • Effective use of In design, Photoshop, illustrator and Premier Pro
  • Daily management of PR companies, enquiries and opportunities
  • Responsibility for all marketing collateral and in house POS material
  • Day to day management of marketing spend, ensuring all spend can be measured for a strong ROI
  • Ability to create detailed marketing reports and statistics to enable fruitful discussions on investment and marketing opportunities
  • Monitor web-site traffic and revenue generation using Google analytics, and have the ability to set up goals on the site.
  • Manage a diverse workload with excellent organisation skills and time management.
  • Be passionate and a creative innovator
  • Must be a good proof reader and have excellent copywriting skills


What would make you the perfect fit?

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous knowledge / use of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Be an excellent planner and coordinator
  • Digital Marketing excellence in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Be proficient in using Google Analytics
  • Must have good graphic design knowledge
  • Be savvy on all forms of social media
  • Experience of using third party software for e-mail and social media activity
  • Be up-to-date with hotel marketing trends and the latest digital/web knowledge
