As Manager of this high profile department, your role will be to oversee the smooth running of the restaurant, ensuring the highest possible standards are maintained at all times. Catering for up to 100 covers at a time, you will need to lead from the front, continuously striving to develop and improve the department. You will be required to meet and greet guests, and through the development of your team, ensure our guests enjoy a memorable experience from start to finish.

To succeed in this role, you will have gained at least 4 years managerial experience in high end Brasserie or fine-dining environment, have a determined and charismatic style, possess extremely high standards and have the ability to plan and organise effectively.
