Reservations Agent

We are looking for a dynamic Reservations Agent to handle reservations via various sources and channels in order to maximise sales and room occupancy for the hotel. 

You will have at least 2 years experience in hospitality reservations in a five star hotel environment, knowledge of the Opera Reservations System and experience of handling group requests. Fantastic customer service skills, a flexible, adaptable and positive attitude are a must for this busy and buzzing department. 

Excellent command of English is essential.

Other languages preferred: Chinese, Japanese, French and Spanish
