Night Duty Manager

We are currently looking to recruit two Night Duty Manager to join our busy Front Office Team. This pivotal role will require a responsible individual to ensure the smooth running of the hotel during the night. Responsibilities include guest relations, reception duties, floor checks, security, processing the night audit and general health and safety.

To succeed in this role you will have acquired a good working knowledge of all hotel departments, have first class customer service skills and possess extremely high standards. This high volume business requires the Duty Manager to be extremely flexible and able to deal with a variety of situations at any one time.

We are therefore looking for individuals who have sound organisational and planning skills, thrive under pressure and, above all, enjoy the buzz of a busy working environment.
