Chef de Partie

You will organise and deliver all aspects of preparation, procedures, health & safety and hygiene in the Kitchen. With fine dining experience of working in a 2 Rosette Kitchen, you will already have the high standards requred to join our experienced Kitchen team. Working in a busy enviroment will require you to communicate effectively with your team, demonstrate a positive attitude to work and a flexible approach. Your flair for presentation and product standards will be something your team will aspire too.
