A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Generalist Human Resources Officer to join the Human Resources facility within our expanding Hotel group.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance in all areas of Human Resources and Training, whilst having the ability to respond to the challenges as faced in a large busy hotel operation, solving problems creatively using a flexible adaptable and progressive approach with a strong business focus.
This role requires a self starter to lead, develop and advise on a wide range of topics, whilst working closely with the Group Human Resources Managers.
Applicants will ideally have a strong back ground in hospitality with proven experience in coaching and supporting managers and staff. The Successful applicant will have excellent communication, interpersonal and influening skills.
The role is a minimum one year maternity cover with possible longer term opportunities.
